The activity of the Observatory

The activity of the Landscape Observatory is wide and varied, with the aim of both documenting and orienting the public policies, and sensitizing the society, and it is defined in the strategy “CATPAISATGE2020 Country, Landscape, Future". Landscape catalogues: elaboration and update of the landscape catalogues of Catalonia, elaboration of the landscape quality objectives and the landscape directives
Landscape and the local perspective: diffusion of tools and resources about landscape for the local administration, monitoring and advising of several Landscape Chartes and Landscape Plans
Landscape and heritage: heritage of dry stone (Wikipedra), Historic landscape characterisation (PaHisCat)
Landscape and education: elaboration of didactic materials for schools
Seminars and Workshops: list of the seminars and workshops organized by the Observatory with access to documentation (pdf, audio, video)
